MAGNUS CUM LAUDE

When it comes to the early Porsche 911 community, it’s pretty hard to ignore the large elephant in the room when there’s a loud buzzing cloud over its head emanating from social media gone berzerk. Facebook fans, press, ads, films – Magnus Walker has accomplished more in a year than most of us do in a lifetime.

I love the guy. Who doesn’t? He’s got it all going on: tats, dreadlocks, a ZZ Top beard, hip clothes, and a “rules is for fools” attitude. Heck, he’s even got a British accent. He’s everything we are not.

He’s a modern day Steve McQueen. There, I said it. Please credit me when you copy this. The reality is he’s got more charisma, old Porsches, and parts than most of us, plus a designer wife, a great sense of what works in today’s world, and a really cool crib.

Here’s to Magnus – the ultimate urban outlaw, the modern day keeper of the flame for all things early 911, the dude that does not abide…
