Fellow <em>Panorama Magazine<\/em> photographer Bob Chapman won the top photo category with his overhead speed shot of a 997 GT3 RSR. Bob and Randy&#8217;s photos appeared in the the January and February 2013 issues of <em>Panorama<\/em> respectively, edited by fellow writing finalist Pete Stout. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Randy&#8217;s image was described this way: &#8220;This is a beautiful example of the magic that happens when every element of the photograph (art) comes together. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s an image that makes you think about what\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s going on and invites the viewer to create a narrative of their own.&#8221; Past winners include Jesse Alexander, Denise McCluggage, Peter Egan, Phil Hill, Chris Economaki, and John Lamm.
