Above is &#8220;The Golden Ratio&#8221;, a section that is even older (1200 AD vs. 1797 AD). <\/p>\n<p>Speaking of things old, I&#8217;m not sure why it should take someone over 25 years to lose their desire for more material possessions, energy-sapping distractions, ego propping\/deflating sycophants, and the rest of the stuff that gets in the way of self-realization. But it can. Now, I&#8217;m not saying that I&#8217;ve arrived (I&#8217;m not even close, actually). I&#8217;m just on the road to getting there. <\/p>\n<p>As 2015 begins, I wish you all the best that you can be. <\/p>\n<p>P.S. Yeah, that&#8217;s me today, and me in 1982, the unsupported artist.
