ROGER GRAGO FILM TO DEBUT NEXT MONTH

My film editor, Nick Roveda, and I are putting the final touches on a 26 minute documentary. It’s a tribute to our dear friend Roger Grago who gave so much to the California hot rod car clubs of DKP and R Gruppe. Roger passed away from brain cancer in December. This short film that I directed and shot will debut during Rennsport Reunion next month in Monterey. I’ll post again once this video is available online.

THE HISSING OF SUMMER LAWNS

Released 40 years ago, this folk/jazz album by singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell remains intriguing.

“Don’t Interrupt the Sorrow”, “Shades of Scarlett Conquering”, and “Harry’s House / Centerpiece” continue to be some of my favorites. Eclectic for sure, and not for everyone – just the way I like it.

U.S. original LPs sound great, as do the 180 gram reissues.
